About me

Chicago BoothChicago Booth

I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Before starting my Ph.D., I was a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where I worked with the Consumer Credit Panel team to analyze trends in consumer debt and defaults. I contributed to the production of the NYFRB Household Debt and Credit Report, supported internal briefings for the FOMC cycle, and worked on a project using machine learning to predict future Alzheimer’s diagnoses from Medicare and credit bureau data.

Earlier, I was a Research Assistant at Chicago Booth, working with Dr. Luigi Zingales and the Stigler Center for the Study of the Economy and the State on a project investigating economists as expert witnesses in antitrust litigation. There, I built NLP classifiers (BERT, GPT-3) to identify pro-business outcomes in US court cases.

I received my B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University in 2024.
